Reunion Dates and Events
The reunion has been scheduled for Labor Day Weekend, August 31, 2007 through September 3, 2007. The planned schedule of events follows:
- Friday, August 31, 2007
- Tates Creek Football Game (time and ticket price TBD)
- Gathering after the Football Game: Shamrocks Grill in Hartland Plaza or Lansdowne Signature Club (up for discussion and optional)
- Saturday, September 1, 2007
- Golf Scramble: 9:00 am. Picadome Golf Course, 469 Parkway Drive (located just behind the Crowne Plaza at the Campbell House). Cost: $35.00 (includes green fees, cart, and a sleeve of balls). Contact: Jim Kruspe and Erik Maikkula for more details and registration. Checks can be mailed to Erik Maikkula.
- Tailgate Party: UK v. EKU Football Game (time and location - TBD)
- Reunion Festivities: Crowne Plaza at the Campbell House, Lexington
- Paddock Room
- 6:30 PM Access/Set Up

- Cost: $50 to $60 (current estimate)

- Entertainment by Chris Young - DJ (Grad. Class 1986)
- Menu: Vegetable and Dip display, Domestic Cheese Display, Stir Fry Station (Chicken & Shrimp), mini Crab Cakes and mini Hot Browns, Chocolate Fountain served with Fresh Fruit, Marshmallows, Pretzels, Strawberries, Graham Crackers and Seedless Grapes, Iced Tea, Coffee, and Soft Drinks
- Cash Bar
- Gifts: T-Shirts, Koozies (included in cost)
- Décor: TC Gear, Candles and Floating Flower on tables (up for discussion), Maroon & White Table Clothes (included in cost)

- Family Picnic - 1:30 pm, Shillito Park - Shelter. Local families to provide pot-luck type items/drinks. Vendor needed to sell sandwiches, drinks, etc.
Getting the Word Out
Please volunteer to help get the word out about the reunion or just send a link to this website to people you know who do not yet know about the event.
Funding
Please let us know how much you would be willing to spend to fund the reunion. The current estimate is $50 to $60, assuming 200 people attend.

Memorial Fund
Thad Davis has generously offered to commit $20,000 in matching funds to a Class of 1987 Memorial Fund. Depending on the amount raised, Thad suggests that we give it out over 5-10 years to TC seniors (one per year) then replenish it in 5-10 years assuming TC is still open and alumni are gainfully employed. The event registration form will include a means for you to donate to the fund.
